Ticket Info:

Only BHS students may purchase tickets online, but cash & check (made payable to: Blackhawk High School) payments are still available if purchased in-person.  Outside guest tickets must be purchased in-person.   Student ID numbers are required to purchase tickets online.  Please do not include the leading zero when entering your student ID number.  All participants will receive a paper ticket.

Ticket Delivery:

Tickets will be delivered to homerooms the week of the event.  If you are not in the building in the mornings, please list your homeroom as OFFICE when purchasing tickets.

 

 






Any student that owes a financial obligation will be denied tickets until the obligation is resolved.  Email BHSTicketHelp@gmail.com for questions.  Submit all missing books & fines to the high school office.


Ticket types for bhs students:

BHS Student

  • Ticket for a currently enrolled Blackhawk High School student.
  • Ticket may be denied due to attendance, behavioral records, financial obligations, or reasons determined by the administration. 
  • Student ID number required for purchase.
  • Paper ticket delivered the week of the event.

BHS Student Guest:

  • Ticket for your date...who is also a currently enrolled Blackhawk High School student.
  • Ticket may be denied due to attendance, behavioral records, financial obligations, or reasons determined by the administration.
  • Student ID number required for purchase.
  • Paper ticket delivered the week of the event.



Ticket Types for Non-BHS Students:

High School Guest: 

  • Ticket for a student currently enrolled in grade 9-12 in a neighboring high school.
  • Must submit Guest Request Form & copy of photo ID and receive approval prior to purchasing a ticket.
  • Ticket may be denied based on recommendation from home district or BHS administration.
  • Ticket must be purchased in-person during homeroom in room 211.
  • Paper ticket delivered to BHS student the week of the event.

BHS Alumni:

  • Ticket for a recent BHS graduate, under the age of 21.
  • Must submit Guest Request Form, copy of photo ID, Criminal History clearance, & Child Abuse clearance and receive approval prior to purchasing a ticket.
  • Ticket may be denied based on past attendance, behavioral records, financial obligations, or reasons determine by the administration.
  • Ticket must be purchased in-person during homeroom in room 211.
  • Paper ticket delivered to BHS student the week of the event


Rules & Regulations:

1.  All tickets are non-transferable.   

 2.  The homecoming dance is a semi-formal event.  Appropriate attire must be worn.  Items such as jeans, sneakers, clothes that are dirty or contain holes, etc. are not permitted.  All infractions will be up to the discretion of the sponsor and administration.   

 3.  Recommended attire for ladies is a cocktail dress.  Recommended attire for gentlemen is a suit and tie.   

 4.  All participants must stay for the duration of the event.  Participants with a junior license may leave at 10:30 pm to make it home before curfew.  Any participant that needs to leave before 10:30 pm must have a parent or legal guardian sign them out at the event.   

 5.  Upon arrival, participants must sign-in at the front check-in desk. Participants must present ticket and guest photo ID (if applicable).   

 6.  Parents or legal guardians of participants who do not check-in will be notified.   

 7.  Any participant who damages school property, decorations, DJ equipment, etc. will be responsible for the cost to repair or replace the item.   

 8.  All pictures will be sold separately at the event.   

 9.  All rules and procedures of the Blackhawk Student Handbook will be enforced.  Disciplinary actions may result from infractions.
