Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

General Policies
1. All tickets are non-transferable and all tickets must be purchased prior to the date of the dance through the Ludus online ticket platform (no tickets will be sold at the door).
2. Homecoming, Winter Dance and the Senior Gateway Clipper trip are semi-formal events. Appropriate attire must be worn. Items such as jeans, sneakers, clothes that are dirty or contain holes, etc. are not permitted. All infractions will be up to the discretion of the sponsor and administration.
3. Prom is a formal event. Appropriate attire must be worn. All infractions will be up to the discretion of the sponsor and administration.
4. All participants must stay for the duration of the event. Any participant that needs to leave early must have a parent or legal guardian sign them out at the event.
5. Upon arrival, participants must check in. Blackhawk students bringing an outside guest will check in with the dance sponsor. All participants are subject to a search if deemed necessary by administration or police.
6. Parents or legal guardians of participants who do not check-in will be notified.
7. Any participant who damages school or venue property, decorations, DJ equipment, etc. will be responsible for the cost to repair or replace the item.
8. All professional pictures will be sold separately at the following events only: Homecoming, Winter Dance,
